IconoClass trains B2B sales professionals in intensive 3-month bootcamps. Based in Paris and London, the school raised €3M in 2021 and runs 3 cohorts per year with 100 to 130 students each. The challenge
Standard LMS platforms are built for self-paced video content. IconoClass needed something different:
- Cohort management for groups of 100+ students moving through a curriculum together
- Gamification to reflect the competitive nature of sales training

- Real-time instructor-student interactions inside the platform
- Integration with the rest of their operations stack (Airtable, contracts, employer portal)

Timeline
Week 1-2 — Discovery and Figma design
Kreante started with a discovery phase to map the full product: student journeys, instructor workflows, admin needs, and integration points with existing tools (Airtable, GetAccept).
The full UI was designed in Figma before any Bubble development started. This included the student portal, course module layouts, progress dashboards, instructor views, and admin panel. Design was validated with the IconoClass team before build began.
Week 3-6 — Bubble development
Core platform built on Bubble:
- Student portal: Personalized learning paths, module sequencing, progress tracking, and milestone markers
- Gamification layer: Mechanics designed for competitive engagement throughout the 3-month program
- Real-time interactions: Instructor-to-student communication and feedback built directly into the platform
- ML-powered assignment grading: Machine learning integration to automatically analyze and grade student submissions — critical for handling 100+ students per cohort without manual bottlenecks
- Admin dashboard: Cohort management, content scheduling, instructor assignments, and progress monitoring
Week 7 — Integration and testing
Full integration with the IconoClass operations stack:
- Airtable: Student application data, CRM, cohort tracking, and assignment submissions flowing in and out of the LMS
- Softr: CV library for employer partners built on top of Airtable, giving 200+ hiring companies access to graduate profiles
- Make and Zapier: Workflow automation connecting the LMS to operations
- GetAccept: Electronic contract and enrollment agreement signing
End-to-end QA with real student accounts, edge case testing on the grading engine, and performance checks under cohort-level load.
Week 8 — Go to production
Deployment and first cohort onboarded. The platform went live with real students and hit 2,500+ active users in its first months of operation.
